"En general, los platos estaban muy buenos, a excepción del mío. Un ajiaco que no sabía a ajiaco y parecía más bien vinagre, con la papa cristalizada (cruda). Es mi plato favorito y no puede ni terminarlo. Refuerzo que los demás platos estaban muy buenos y muy bien presentados."
